01. Application should be submitted
at least 30 days before the provisional date of departute. Shrestha
Holidays will confirm your booking with in 15 days of your application.
02.
When the booking is made the following details
must be disclosed:
Full Name as in passport, date of birth, nationality, sex,
occupation and a medical certificate to travel in high altitude
area.
03.
The itinerary can change without notice due to unavoidable
circumstances beyond our control such as political unrest,
natural calamities, changes in the itinerary by the Chinese
authorities etc,
04. Rs.
10,000/-(Non-Refundable) deposit is required at the time of
booking and the final balance must be paid before the Commencement
of the tour:
05. In
case of any difference/disputes during the tour, the decision
of Shrestha Holidays will be final and binding.
CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP:
01.
A cancellation charges of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand
Only) Per client will be levied if the tour is cancelled 3
weeks before the commencement of the tour.
02.
A 50% cancellation charges of the total package amount
will be levied if the client cancel between 7 to 15 days before
the commencement date of the tour.
03.
No cancellation will be accepted with in 7 days of the
commencement date.
04.
A full refund will be made if Shrestha Holidays
cancels a trip for whatsoever the reason.
